g. DESCRIPTION: During the offloading process at the listed shipping terminal, personnel discovered a damaged 270-gallon tote. The cause of the damage is currently unknown. As a result, an undetermined amount of liquid chemical was spilled onto the trailer floor. The tote was safely offloaded and moved to a designated area within the facility. An environmental specialist will be contacted to oversee the cleanup process. Operations continued without disruption.
