g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : He located a gasoline / oil mixture spill on the bank of Santa Paula Creek as well as a 8 foot by 12 foot rainbow colored sheen in Santa Paula Creek. The reporting party suspects that a arborist crew that was contracted to cut down trees had left their chain saws sitting along the creek bed and they leaked the gasoline / oil mixture. The mixture has seeped into the soil and material in creek is unrecoverable. No impacts to wildlife were observed other than possible dead insects; fish were observed swimming in the creek. The reporting party smelled the released mixture and stated it smelled like 2 stroke engine oil. He also took pictures of rocks and vegetation impacted in the area.
