g. DESCRIPTION: A residential natural gas regulator malfunctioned for unknown reasons, causing a natural gas leak into the atmosphere. Southwest Gas was contacted and sent a crew to the site. Upon arrival, they located and isolated the source of the leak. Technicians stopped the leak without any incidents. Permanent repairs are currently underway.
