DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A third party contractor was cutting up concrete at the Cement Mobility facility and was washing the debris of this project down into a storm drain which potentially leads to a nearby creek. Upon detection, personnel stopped the contractors and blocked off the storm drain. The creek was inspected, however there are no signs of impact at the time of report. A follow up inspection will be conducted at a later time. A contractor was contacted to conduct cleanup of the material inside the storm drain. They will utilize a vac truck to collect the material.
