Orignal Description:RP stated that they are dredging on the San Rafael Canal. When she got up this morning she smelled diesel and it was extremely strong and there are derelict boats out there and that one may have tipped over.

Per NRC caller states that they received a call from caloes about a potential release of diesel. Caller states there are dredging operations nearby and they smell a very strong diesel in the atmosphere.
