g. DESCRIPTION: At a Safeway behind the store, there is a homeless encampment with 2 porta potties that are fallen over. They have released a mixture of blue water, human waste, and microorganisms. It has the potential to flow into the creek which is 10 feet away. It is called the Guadelupe River. The reporting party called the company listed on the porta potties which was American Portables, and they did not respond.
