g. DESCRIPTION: Reporting Party states a partial blockage in the main line, caused an overflow at the cleanout. A majority of the spill went into a storm drain that leads Cripple Creek. Part of the spill made it into Cripple Creek, but the Reporting Party was able to dam it and pump the water out.
