g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party: due to unknown causes there was a release of sewage near a roadway that is ongoing at an 25 gallons a minute estimated release rate. The release started around 1652 hours, released onto asphalt, nearby soil, and into Arroyo Corte Madera Del Persidio Creek. Approximately a majority of the 3,000 gallons made its way into the creek. No remedial actions were taken, no clean up has been performed. The impacted creek leads Richardson Bay.
