g. DESCRIPTION: An underground 42 inch metal pipeline, which supports two adjacent refineries, failed due to unknown reasons. The incident resulted in less than one barrel of oil to be released onto soil of each of the two properties. The reporting party owns and operates the line but the incident occurred on the property of the neighboring refinery. The reporting party's technicians were dispatched to the incident site. On arrival technicians isolated the line, stopping the leak. An excavation of the site is being coordinated and permanent repairs are pending. No fires or injuries occurred and no waterways were impacted. Both refineries continue to operate.
