DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : An underground sewage pipe running from a restroom on the beach to a pump station broke due to excessive pressure causing the release of material (sewer water with no visible debris) into the sand. The release has been stopped. No waterways affected. A contractor is on scene is cleaning up the contaminated sand.
