g. DESCRIPTION: Per NRC report: Caller is reporting that a garbage truck had a hydraulic oil discharge onto the ground. Caller states that your can see the oil all down the road in front of peoples houses. The cause of the discharge is unknown.
Remedial actions: caller states he called the garbage company several times and they claimed to have sent a clean up crew out but no one has seen any clean up efforts
