g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, due to a possible equipment error,there was an overflow on one of the air pipes, releasing less than 1000 gallons of fuel oil. It is contained on the deck of the vessel, nothing went in the water. The vessel name, Glenda Melissa, Id number 9494682. No waterways have been impacted.

Per NRC report: The caller reported that a tanker vessel was bunkering from a barge. While fueling, the fuel overflowed from an air pipe for unknown reasons, resulting in a release of approximately (1,000) gallons of low sulfur fuel oil onto the tanker deck. No waterways were affected. The release has been contained and is being transferred into a tank onboard the vessel
