g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A contractor has been spraying Stucco Spray on a construction site that borders a private residence. It is approximately 6 feet away from the resident owners tree. While they are not spraying on it directly, the caller is concerned that the overspray is contaminating his personal vegetable patch, trees, and other vegetation on his property. His primary concern is that there are additives in the spray. Caller reported that when confronted, the contractor declines to release any information about the contents of the spray. No netting has been placed or additional actions have been taken to mitigate the amount of overspray that is being released.
