g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: An overhead pole mounted transformer experienced a mechanical failure causing approximately 1 gallon of non-PCB mineral oil onto a customer's property. The only surface impacted was the shrubbery on the property. The malfunctioning transformer has been replaced and removed from the area. A contractor is conducting the cleanup of the material by removing the shrubbery.
