g. DESCRIPTION: Reporting party states approximately 100 gallons of Primary Sludge (Solid sewage) from one of their drains. All of the plant drains plugged and caused the release. One storm drain has a catch basin, and has contained the 100 gallons of sewage. There are five other storm drains potentially impacted. One more may be effected. Storm drain lead to the Pacific Ocean. Crews on scene doing investigations.
