DESCRIPTION: | Per Reporting party, unknown personnel have been dumping half a 5 gallon bucket of cow feces and dog feces into the South Honcut Creek on the bridge between Darby Road and Vierra road. The release has been occurring since 08/12/2024. The release has been cleaned up several times and a new amount was seen today. There is a rainbow sheen noticeable on a large area of the water and slowly dissipating. | ||
