Orignal Description:per the reporting party, due to a mechanical failure a pad mounted transformer released approx 50 gallons of non PCB mineral oil onto a concrete, soil and sorrounding veggetation. No waterways were impacted. the release is stopped and contaned and a contractor will be handling the cleanup.
