Orignal Description:Per reporting party: Freight train number ZLAMQ 20 struck a vehicle that was either stuck on the tracks or the driver was trying to go around the arms that were down at a crossing. The driver was able to jump out. No injuries, hazmat or waterways were impacted.

SITUATION UPDATE:
per nrc The caller reported a freight train struck an unoccupied passenger car at a grade crossing at the incident location. The reason the car was on the tracks was due to the vehicle driving around the gatearms after they had dropped, and the vehicle getting trapped on the tracks. No injuries or fatalities. No derailments. No release of any materials. DOTCrossing Number: 760670N
