g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A metal rod had been imbedded in the fuel tank of a mini-van when it drove over it. When the rod was removed from the fuel tank at the repair shop the some of the contents of the fuel tank release onto the asphalt in the parking lot. The release as been stopped and contained. Remaining fuel siphoned out into separate container. Employees on site deployed absorbents and conducted clean up. The Fire and Sheriffs Department also responded to assist. No waterways were affected.
