Caller states the pickup truck went through the grade crossing while the gate arms were down and it struck the lead car causing it to derail. A service delay is still ongoing. There was no release of materials and there is no potential for a release." Remedial Actions: "Trying to evaluate the catenary pole and rerailing the car back on the track."
