Orignal Description:Per the Reporting Party : A perimeter break on an earthen berm occurred on a retention pond due to possible overfill. The release has been stopped and berm repaired. The released material impacted soil behind the waste water treatment plant and also a dry creek bed (Salt Creek) that runs behind the waste water treatment plant. No waterways affected other than the dry creek bed. The material is unrecoverable and has seeped into the ground.
