DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party: Two pole mounted transformers were damaged; possibly due to high winds, causing them to tip and release the material onto the vegetation and soil below the power pole. The release is stopped. No waterways were affected. A PG&E crew has removed the damaged transformers and installed new ones. A contractor is in route to handle clean up. Samples of the released mineral oil have been collected for testing for PCB content.
