g. DESCRIPTION: A driver from the listed business attached a refrigerator trailer to a semi-truck and performed a "tug test." After completing the test, the driver left the loading dock and entered the facility's parking lot. For unknown reasons, the trailer became disconnected and fell to the ground. This caused damage to the fuel tank of the refrigeration trailer, resulting in an estimated 60 gallons of diesel fuel spilling onto the asphalt. No fires or injuries occurred. On-site personnel cleaned up the spill, and the trailer was recovered without further incident. The operation of the facility was not impacted by the event.
