g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, the listed material is leaking from the port side of a boat. It is a 30 foot-long vessel which appears old and neglected stored on a semi-trailer truck. The Harbor police received the call at 1817. The listed material appears to have coolant in it, or it is pure coolant. But it is unknown what it actually is. The spill did impact a storm drain which leads to San Diego Bay. This is an ongoing event, and there is no known clean-up currently.
