DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party: A renter of the property at the incident location has been dumping petroleum based products and other materials all over the property and into a dry creek bed over the span of several months. These materials were discovered on the listed incident date. No known actions have been taken to cease these actions and is an ongoing issue. This dry creek bed is a seasonal blue line river and will eventually fill with water. The incident location is upstream and will carry these materials downstream. Many downstream wells will draw from this river and residents will be affected. This blue line river is also a tributary of Little Chico Creek, which is also a tributary of the Sacramento River. The property owner nor the renter have taken any actions to stop or contain these materials. | ||
