g. DESCRIPTION: Per the NRC Report: "Caller reported a discharge of an unknown amount of diesel from the pleasure craft vessel Heavy Mettle. The exact cause of discharge is unknown at this time. Caller stated they cleaned the bilge with dawn dish soap previously. Caller stated they believed the discharge came from an old deactivated tank in the bilge of the vessel." Remedial Actions: "Caller stated port personnel are investigating the exact cause and have deployed sorbent boom around the vessel and in the vessels bilge."
