g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: Due to unknown reasons, a boat at the Stockton Marina started to sank in its slip last night (7/25/24) at around 2200 hours. Oil has started leaking today (7/26/24) at 1100 hours to create a sheen approximately 7 feet by 10 feet. The Marina has deployed booms to contain the release and County Environmental Health is on scene. The owner of the boat will have a contractor clean the release.
