Orignal Description:Per reporting party, approximately one gallon of diesel was found in the bay. The source of the release is unknown, but it was immediately contained. Cleanup efforts are currently in progress.

Per NRC Report, "The caller stated that (1) gallon of diesel was discovered at a refinery in the San Francisco Bay. The source of the release is unknown to the caller and under investigation."

Facility spilled 1 gallon of diesel into secondary containment. Diesel did not enter waterway. Due to this, the type of incident was changed from 'unknown' to 'fixed-(refinery)'
