g. DESCRIPTION: Per RP, due to moisture in the semi tractor trailer tanker, when they mixed hot oil with water, the water was in the tank, and it created steam and caused a boil over. The clean up was done by City of Bakersfield and Cal Trans. It was contained with sand. The incident occurred at an asphalt project.
