DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A semi truck collided with a Caltrans vehicle causing the truck to catch fire and a damaged saddle tank began releasing approximately 100 gallons of diesel onto the roadway. This material did not impact any storm drains or waterways. The county fire department and Caltrans are working to clean and collect the material.
