Per the NRC Report : "Caller reported a vessel sinking. Caller stated the sea-state caused the vessel to capsize. Caller stated that 19 gallons of gasoline was removed from the vessel, but they wanted to report a potential for a discharge of the gasoline and motor oil. 2 persons were on the vessel and were recovered uninjured."
Remedial Actions : "Fuel tanks were able to be recovered from the vessel. Company Contracted for vessel salvage."
