g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party; The lavatory technician went to service the fluid and remove the waste from aircraft Embrey 175, tail number N514SY. When removing the latch the secondary latch failed causing the release of 1 gallon of the lavatory fluid and waste onto the tarmac. No water was impacted. The spill has been stopped and contained. Clean up has been conducted.
