g. DESCRIPTION: Amtrak train #AMT770 of the 19th struck a train derailer device, causing one locomotive to derail while remaining upright. No road crossings were affected. A UPRR Manager of Train Operations is on the way to evaluate the situation. There were no injuries, and no passengers were aboard at the time. The plan is to rerail the locomotive and reopen the main line to through traffic as quickly as possible.
