DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party: Due to a vehicle accident there was damage to a pressure air release vacuum that released of between 5,000 to 10,000 gallons of sewage from a waste water pumping station onto the bank and is believed to lead into an unknown creek. Start time of the release is 0900 and is ongoing. There is repair personnel enroute to fix the issue from the reporting party agency. No clean up has been conducted.
