g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting Party: Due to the snow storm a tree fell on the power lines causing 2 poles with transformers to fall over into a residents yard. This caused a release of 25 gallons of transformer mineral oil to release out to the snow but most of it was frozen. The frozen oil was removed as best possible. It then started to rain causing a sheen which then ran into the storm drain that leads into the Sacramento River. | ||
