g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, due to a human error a semi truck driver fell asleep at the wheel, resulting in a jackknife incident between Ludlow and Needles, CA. This caused a spill of approximately 30-40 gallons of diesel and 10 gallons of motor oil onto the dirt shoulder of eastbound Highway I-40. The spill has been stopped and contained, with no road closures or reported injuries at this time. A contractor will handle the cleanup.
