DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: PG&E crew were off-loading a transformer to install when the wheelbarrow used tipped over the brand new transformer onto the driveway, releasing less than 10 gallons of Non PCB transformer vegetable oil. About 95% of oil is on the driveway and the rest is on the roadway. Absorbent and pads have been placed and the clean up crew on route. No waterways were impacted.
