g. DESCRIPTION: | The Los Angeles County Flood Control District detected a substance emerging from the ground in the vicinity of the listed business. In response, the Watershed Protection Division was dispatched to the site. The affected area was cordoned off, and a street gutter was barricaded with sandbags to control the continuous discharge. As of this report, approximately 40 gallons of fluid have been released, with an estimated flow rate of 1 gallon per minute.
