Orignal Description:Per Reporting Party: There was a single car accident and the car stuck a utility pole causing the release of 19 gallons of transformer oil onto asphalt and concrete. About 1 gallon entered a storm drain, and was captured in the drain catch. SMUD Hazmat is enroute to conduct the clean up. The spill is stopped and contained. No water was involved. The vehicle fled the scene.
