Orignal Description:Per Reporting Party: There was a single car accident and the car stuck a utility pole causing the release of 19 gallons of transformer oil onto asphalt and concrete. About 1 gallon entered a storm drain, and was captured in the drain catch. SMUD Hazmat is enroute to conduct the clean up. The spill is stopped and contained. No water was involved.
