g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A hose ruptured on a garbage truck causing the hydraulic line to blow, releasing approximately 60 gallons of hydraulic fluid. This release was not detected right away and the material is spread out over the distance of approximately 100 yards. Absorbents were applied by the reporting party and traffic is being directed around the release. The reporting party will be collecting the material and will have a street sweeper pass over the incident location to ensure proper cleanup.
