Orignal Description:Due to mechanical failure less than 100 gallons of mineral oil with unknown PCBs released into a concrete containment at the incident location. Release has been stopped and contained with no waterways being impacted. Contractors are on scene for spill mitigation and clean up.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Upon further review, the material released during this event was described as an oil and water mixture. The total amount of the mixture released was calculated at 500 gallons. The material was fully recovered by a vacuum truck. No other information was updated.
