g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party: The city of Richmond notified the West County Waste Water District that one of their manhole's were releasing sewage into Hilltop Lake. The release began approximately at 0600 hours and was stopped at the time of report. The sewage system experienced a blockage caused by roots, causing sewage to release. Most of the material is considered unrecoverable, however a small amount can be collected and returned to the system. | ||
