g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A plastic transport tank carrying AN-20 Fertilizer cracked in transit, causing 400 gallons of the material to release onto the shoulder of the road. The span of the release covers approximately 400 feet. Of the 400 gallons released, 5 of those gallons went into a storm drain and it is unrecoverable. It is unknown where the storm drain leads. Litter and absorbent pads were utilized by the reporting party to recover and clean the material.
