g. DESCRIPTION: A private citizen drove a wheeled vehicle onto the listed railyard without permission or the right to do so. While traversing the grounds of the property, the vehicle struck two loaded tank cars and two rail track equipment cars. At the time of the incident, the two tank cars were loaded with ethyl alcohol. The Rialto Police Department and a UPRR Manager of Train Operations are on-scene. Based on the initial assessment, no hazardous materials were released as a result of the collision. Damage to the handrail safety guards of each tank car was observed. No other damage was reported. The section of the railyard impacted by the incident was secured and an investigation is underway. The remainder of the yard remains in operation.
