g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting arty: Due to the storm surge, the entire sewer plant is overflowing in to the Point Arena creek and ocean. The power plant is aware and have posted notice about the overflow this morning at about 1100 hours. Per reporting party, they live above the sewage plant and is concerned for sewage over flow into the home. The smell has reached the home and states no one is helping.
