DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: Due to a multiple vehicle collision, the left saddle tank of a semi truck was damaged and began releasing approximately 60 gallons of fuel onto the road and down into a river bed. It is unknown where the river bed leads. The city fire department is on scene attempting to stop and contain the release. CHP has closed down the fourth lane to allow for safe investigation and cleanup of the material. Caltrans is en route to the incident to assist in investigation and cleanup.
