g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, this spill was caused by a combination of reasons. First, the liquid line valve bodies were loose on the pipe nipple that leads into the pressure plate. Second, two of the manway swing bolts were not properly tightened. And third, the nozzle gasket had a tear in it. The spill impacted the asphalt on the ground in the rail yard. Clean Harbors is cleaning the spill. This spill occurred inside the Union Pacific Railroad rail yard, but it was not a railroad incident.
