g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party, due to an aging underground transfer fuel line with a possible rupture and slow leak was discovered during a monthly inspection. The leak was detected when water was found in the line. This underground line, approximately 300 feet long and with a diameter of about 4 inches, originates from above-ground fuel tanks to refueling pits and then transitions to an underground line. There is suspicion that groundwater is seeping into the line at some point along its length. Currently, an investigation is underway to determine the exact location and cause of the leak. | ||
