g. DESCRIPTION: The leach field for the incident location failed, possibly due to a blockage, causing sewage to release onto the neighbor's leach field. The neighbor responded by pumping the sewage back onto the driveway of the incident location. This release is continuing intermittently and has been ongoing for the last week. If the release continues, there is a possibility for a nearby ditch to be affected however, no waterways impacted at this time.
