g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party: While truck was fueling up, the nozzle didn't shut off correctly causing the diesel tank to overfill and release about 3 gallons out to the asphalt. Some did go into a drain that has a catch basin, the release didn't go past that. It has been cleaned up and the absorbents used have been placed in drums to be appropriately removed. | ||
